Passing through for a few minutes and reviewed some of the discussion that I had missed. xjc continued to do as Herman Cain pointed out that liberals do when questioned. What I'd ask a liberal is, "What are your foundational principles?" What I have learned is that if one does not decide upon core beliefs, one can be endlessly manipulated to most anything. In other words, if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
