A note to all: this country was founded so that the individual was/is the most powerful. The "president" is supposed to be the Janitor-in-chief, not God. It certainly would be interesting to ask a typical politician to draw an "organizational" chart of America. My suspicion is that most would put themselves above the taxpayer (especially Barry), not below.
