Guess Who?

Thanks, Mr. Sowell, both for your effort to set the record straight about FDR's failed policies that prolonged the agony of the depression, and for citing Hillsdale College. The College's publication "Imprimis" is one of my very favorite voices that cries in the wilderness for guardians of freedom to wake up to what has been going on for generations in violation of our Republic's underlying document: the Constitution.

Judges Find Dignity in Profanity

Author Bozell and most people who filed comments miss the point: The Supreme court is not sanctioning profanity, although liberal judges provide DICTA to "support" their views. The court merely says that the FCC regulation is flawed. If and when the FCC makes a more studied and clear regulation, I see no impediment in their enforcement of an effective regulation that meets standards set by the founding fathers. This article and many comments sound more like liberal banter based on emotion rather that the principles established in the Bill of Rights.
