What it really is is this: They will recognize no authority higher than themselves. As was said long ago, "Every man did what was right in his own eyes". That resulted in judgment then, and it will again.
Fool. Those talking points were worn out long ago.
John, One of the Comrads commented recently that maybe the voters might have something to do with the problem, and perhaps a conservative polititian ought to point that out. You rightly rejected the idea as unworkable (unless you are a leftist). But it is the voters that elect the polititians that destroy economies. It has happened in France, and it will happen here once the leechs outnumber the producers. That is a systemic problem with an unrestricted franchise. If people can vote someone else's money into their pockets, the natural condition of man guarantees that they will. Appeals to hard work and self reliance are a hard sell these days. The entitlement mindset of liberal polititians and public schools has seen to it.

I've beaten that drum for years. If you are not a producer you ought not have a say.

He didn't do it. The media were ready and eagar to lie, cheat, and distort for him. They did what they did because it is in the nature of their shriveled souls to do it. Journalistic integrity is but a faint memory in this country.
Don't comprehend English, huh?
That probably is a myth. But homosexuality is defined by God (you know: the Maker of man) as abomination or, more plainly, a particularly offensive form of sin. All men are naturally inclined to sin, and in their unsaved state can do nothing else. Just as a thief will justify himself to himself, and an adulterer will explain away his adultery the homosexual seeks to justify himself with claims that he was "born that way". O.K., I accept that claim because he was in fact 'born dead in sin". But that is not, and can not be, justification to continue in it any more than a murderer can justify himself with the claim that "he needed killing".
Mistook us for stupid, did you?
I like it, and I think I'll adopt the term. Thanks.
Why can't Turley just be kicked off the board? And I wonder if there are other closet queers on the BSA board who will now come out?
