Between the Buchanon and North articles, one can clearly ascertain dissatisfaction with Obamas policies. That said, if these two writers represent the views of the right, there is a glaring lack of specificity as to what foreign policies are advocated. What is being suggested? What alternatives are being suggested that clearly differentiate them from the Obama responses? Our foreign policies decisions don't vary between the left and the right.

Arizona wants to profile Hispanics as part of the crackdown on illeagal immigration. Profiling in AZ or at the airport is is still targeting citizens based on their presumed nationality or their ethnicity. It is an assumption of guilt.

"Groups aren't screened because of political reasons" Really? There is a nugget of ignorance if I've ever seen one.

Profiling against Hispanics is advocated by the right. This is undeniable if you examine the recent Arizona legislation. It is part of the package. Who is going to make the distinction as to which Middle Easterners are tatrgeted? The TSA's? Why would we give government more power to abuse its citizens? If, as many here believe, all government is disfunctional, why should we trust government to effectively administer such a program?

How are you going to put the genie back in the bottle when blond haired, blue eyed folks are in the minority? What will guarantee the rights of the minority when profiling has been set as the precedent? Profiling is being advocated against two distinct minorities. Middle Easterners and Hispanics. It seems the easy solution. What goes round will come around.
