Now let me get this straight, if you are a person of means you will get hit higher for not buying medical insurance then a poorer person, well if thats the case if a man of means gets caught speeding shouldnt he get hit with a higher fine???? also if you cant afford it now how will you be able to afford it later? in other words you get a fine for being poor??????? yup makes sense to me..............I think..........lol
