I think you are treating marriage just like the Pharisees treated the Sabbath 2000 years ago. One of the reasons Jesus was crucified was because the Pharisees objected to his healing on the Sabbath. Jesus’s reply was the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. Marriage is made for man, not man made for marriage. Jesus healed on the Sabbath and made persons more comfortable. Your stance against gay marriage does nothing to improve the comfort of gay and lesbian people. It is estimated that 500,000 people have died because of aids. How many of these people would have been saved from this terrible disease, if gay marriage was an accepted way of living for the past 50 years. All these declarations make someone's life...
