Seeing how our congress has been performing, I can't blame obama for wanting to use his "czar approach" to circumvent these bozos in congress. Too bad the American people can't surround the congressional buildings and catch our congress people and simply tar and feather them, and throw them on a train leaving Washington DC ... :o) otherwise, via acorn in cooperation with stupidity of most American voters, these bozos will get reelected over and over ...
