This is just plain ludicrous . Kengor, like so many conservatives today, is absolutely paranoid about the supposed "threat" of communism to America . But communism is dead . Dead as a fish on the beach. The Soviet Union is gone . Forever . Obama, Pelosi,Reid, Biden and the other democrats are no more Marxists or communists than I am Godzilla . The REAL threat to America comes not from the tiny and powerless extreme left but from the very powerful and large extreme right which wants to impose Christian theocracy on America . This would be no better than communism, just a different kind of tyranny .

Dear Mr Godzilla person, only a progressive like you could fail to see the questionable nature of celebrating events that led to the death and slavery of millions. What next for you The Holocaust the Musical? You so easily excuse those who have in fact murdered millions of people and fret over a non-existent threat - the Christians are coming!! But of course who wouldn't prefer to be shot rather than prayed for. makes sense

Starnes asked me for a comment on a shocking story: A band at a high school near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania performed a halftime show titled, “St. Petersburg 1917,” a musical commemoration of the Bolshevik Revolution, replete with hammers and sickles, military uniforms, and red flags.

“No way,” I responded. “Are you sure this wasn’t a joke, a parody?”

It wasn’t. And parents of the students aren’t...
