Are you sure about the facts. The other reports on this press release simply state that Jeep plans to open a China plant for the China market. They don't plan on closing the American plant, but instead also plan on explanding American production.

Once that plant is open and executives see the difference in the cost of production and that quality is the same as the American plants, how difficult do you think the decision will be to close the US plant and start importing the cars from the Chinese plant?

First off, I love Jeeps. I drove a blue stick-shift Jeep in high school and dream of one day owning another one (pre-bailout edition) of course. President Obama has based a large portion of his re-election campaign on the auto-bailout which has resonated with many voters in Ohio, a state Mitt Romney needs to win.
