Ted Kennedy is going to go down in history as a political hack. (Not to mention his personal gross misdeeds). He was the one who introduced the bill to change the law--for the Dem's benefit--and then requested it be changed back on his deathbed--for the Dem's benefit. Just so the Dems can ramrod through legislation that the majority of Americans do not support.

Well, that's democracy for ya! Liberal style.

Feminists Psychoanalyze Themselves Again

Until the 'feminists' rose up against Sarah Palin, I considered myself to be one of them. I thought a feminist was a woman who was strong and principled, who was the best she could be at whatever profession she chose. In fact, Sarah Palin is my ideal.

I had a fulfilling, rewarding career, and then I quit to stay home for 8 years with my two boys. Financial circumstances dictated that I return to the work force, so I am now back in another fulfilling, rewarding job (my career is now as a mother, wife, sister, aunt, etc.) with my employer's full understanding that my family comes first.

I thank God everyday for my boys, my husband, my family, my friends and our collective health and good fortune. Our wealth is not...
Thank you, Mr. Turek; we hold these truths to be self-evident! The liberals like to choose empathetic words to describe themselves that are, in actuality, the exact opposite of what they believe. They throw around words like liberty, and civility and freedom...none of which is true. Thank God the average American is conservative and is waking up to this nonsense. Actually, I should probably thank the Obama administration for being the most blatantly radical, unethical, immoral and destructive administration ever! THIS is what has opened our eyes.

Oh, yes, Ayn Rand! I read Atlas Shrugged a few months ago then gave it to a friend to read who gave it to a friend...It's a story that is worth repeating!

Good luck and I'll be watching.

Missing Christ

Aethists, non-believers, give it a rest. Christianity is not an attack on your beliefs or your rights. Stick a Christmas stocking in it.

I will take great pleasure in wishing any and all a very, Merry Christmas!
Such ignorance and bigotry that Ms. Williams and Behar display is appalling. I challenge each of them to pull up their state's (or any state's) foster-adoption website and take a look at all of the children who desperately need stable, loving homes. A full 90% of them are black or biracial. Most have multiple siblings who also need a home. (The disintegration of the black family is a subject for another discussion). I suppose languishing in limbo while waiting for a proper black family to adopt them is preferable to having to accept the love from a (gasp!) white family.

Okay, Demosthenes. Enough. We've read your twisted point of view several times today: it's all the woman's fault. Why such bitterness?

Obama and the liberals in government not only enable 'victimology', they promote it, reward it and use it as a political tool to gain ever and more power over the people.

I liken the whole process to a drug dealer handing out free drugs to get some poor, ignorant sucker hooked for life.

I didn't think any liberal would try to defend this obvious attempt to stifle free speech, but I was wrong. Anyone who would support the likes of foul-mouthed Janeane Garafalo or banal Keith Olbermann should not throw stones.

Again, this is the current Administration's attempt to enforce Rules for Radicals.

I watched the speech. Lies (applause), excuses (applause), half-truths (applause), clueless strategy (applause), same-old-crap (applause). My FICA taxes already went up this year and I didn't get a raise. I guess those taxes don't count. Expect more of the same with the proposals Obama is making.

Hey, Obama, here's the problem: the majority of Americans do not want this liberal agenda! Repackage it all you want, it's still crap in a pretty box with a bow on top. More and more people are waking up and realizing that you're just a tired, old, radical, partisan hack with too many 'friends' you owe political favors.

Keep defending him, libs, but you won't convince anyone who isn't on your side of the poltical divide. ...
