Christian faith is not blind faith. It is based on evidence. We can't have complete knowledge of God. We're made in His image, not exactly like him. Take a photo of someone. The photo is a two dimensional image of the real person. We are are 3dimensional images of a multidimensional God (at least 13 dimensions as of the latest count). We can get glimpses of God in our three dimensions and even connect to the higher dimensions with the help of the Holy Spirit. My Faith comes from personally experiencing these connections. You wouldn't believe my stories. You don't believe the miracles in the Bible. You need to experience them yourself. And, to do that you need to have enough faith to start the process.

Science does say the universe, not just the earth, was completed in six days. You should verify this for yourself. Its not hard. Just take the estimate of 14 billion years (not millions) for the time since the Big Bang as measured from the earth's gravitational field. Convert that to what God would measure (for the completion of His creation) from the gravitational field at the beginning of the Big Bang. You might be surprised that the conversion will yield exactly what the Bible says!

Science does agree that our universe, not the earth, was formed over a period of 6 days, Tinsldr2 You can verify it yourself. It's not hard. Science will help. Take your measurements of 14 billion years measured with clocks in earth's gravitational field and figure out what that equates to from God's perspective in the gravitational field of the universe "at the beginning". Or, you can refer to my post below.

...And we no longer believe the universe always existed. Science now understand, just in the past few decades, that there was a beginning, just as the Bible says. We now understand that all energy, matter, and physical laws were created at once, just as the Bible says. And science now understand that the universe started as the size of a pinpoint and the universe quickly expanded, just as Bible says. And science now estimates the age of the universe at about 14billion earth years, just as the Bible says (see my post below). And science now understand that the earth brought forth plants, just as the Bible says. And science now understands that the the sun, stars and moon were made of the original material of the Big Bang, just as the Bible says. And science now agrees that the earth brought forth the animals virtually at once as in the Cambrian explosion, just as the Bible says. These animals included the hominids you mentioned. And man was also "made" as a special species, just as the Bible says. And in one of these men, the Adam, God created something new, a soul. Science has yet to figure that one out. And there's a lot more science in Genesis that turns out to be correct. So how do you suppose those ignorant nomads got so much science right thousands of years before science was even invented? Perhaps THEY listened to God?

The problem most Christians have is there INTERPRETATION of Genesis. After more than 100 years, most still do not understand the Laws of Relativity. Without that understanding, they conclude the universe is only 6000 years old. That's not right. Genesis was authored by God. He timed the creation taking 6 days as measured on His watch. But our watches run a trillion times faster than God's watch. The events God timed as 6 days, we will measure as 15 billion years! When we apply relativity, we see that science actually CONFIRMS the Genesis story. Once Christians understand relativity, they will gain new insights to the Genesis story that have eluded them for so long. And atheists, once THEY understand how relativity applies to Genesis, should realize only God could have authored Genesis. He is the only one who could have timed His Creation as taking 6 days. And David3036, once you get it, you'll understand where Cain's wife came from. It's right there in God's writing.
Christianity is built on Truth. "Test all things. Hold fast that which is good". Liberalism is built on lies and deception. This administration is a perfect example. Every member we see on TV, excels at one thing - lying. Same with the MSM. Instead of seeking truth, they seek power. You can't build anything that works and is good if it is based on lies. That's why everything this administration does is a failure. We know who the father of lies is. Now, we can see who his disciples are. And we aint seen nothing yet. Just wait for Hillary.
I hit the mute button every time the media does a sound bite of Obama. His resume is a lie. He is a compulsive liar. Why listen? Notice every one in his entourage is an accomplished liar. We're in trouble because we accepted "little white lies" a long time ago. Now, we've evolved. Even big lies are now acceptable. Anyone in the executive branch who wants to reveal the truth is gagged and forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement and threatened by his Chicago thugs and the IRS. His failures are a result of his inability to deal with truth. Lies always lead to failure. Obama is the result of the people ignoring "thou shall not bear false witness". Until we learn to respect that commandment, things will get even worse? Hello Hillary!

“Diversity”: The Idol of Academia

Diversity used to be called "open minded". GK Chesterton warned "Don't be so open minded that your brains fall out". I believe that's what has happened to liberal, open minded academia.

IRS Emails "Lost"- And So Is The Outrage

We need non-political whistleblowers to come forward. There are geeks in the IRS who know a lot. But since this corrupt administration is run by Chicago mob tactics, whistleblowers fear for their very lives. We need a system to protect the whistleblowers and reward them financially. The $1,000,000 proposed is not nearly enough. $5,000,000 might do it. But, apparently there is no way for the House to establish such a fund. We the people, need to step up and establish a fund.
What's this about the government threatening employees from speaking out about the problems/conditions? This seems to be a pattern. They gagged Bergdahl's platoon, IRS employees, VA doctors, etc. the only effective way to stop this corrupt administration is for whistleblowers to come forward. We need an effective system to reward and protect whistleblowers throughout the government!
Anyone seriously intending to challenge Hillary needs to set up a large campaign account for personal protection. The only reason Obama won was his Chicago thugs were badder than Hillary's.
