Actually, it took only six days. He rested on the seventh. And, it all started with a Big Bang - read Genesis 1:1. Science has only recently verified the Bible's version of the Big Bang. And as far as the age of the universe, you can't measure it from earth. Time depends on your gravitational field - i'm sure you recall General Relativity. You'll get a different age if you lived on the sun or near a black hole. The only place to be to get a proper age for the entire universe, not just a local time, is if you start your clock at the moment mass first formed. The only one around to do that was God. His watch showed six days. Of course, using General Relativity, you'll calculate those 6 days as 14 billion years from earth. So, God got it right on the timing too. He wrote it down thousands of years ago. Do the math. You'll get more respect for the Creator who was there "In the beginning"
These Libertarian kids are being sold a lie. They don't have the experience to see it. Listen up. You are already in debt up to your eyeballs, guys. Don't you want to start paying off some of that? If so, here's a rule from someone older. Every sin has a cost to society. You can read about how people have learned this lesson over and over in your Bibles. You will pay dearly for your experiments with gay marriage and smoking pot, etc.

A Personal Note on Inequality

"The highest earners in my class were not necessarily the ones with the highest grades or test scores." I found this to be the case in my experience too. I actually found my education actually hindered my earnings. As an engineer, I was taught to build new things. As a manager, I found extreme resistance to new ideas from older, higher-level management. They seemed to be more interested in loyalties than creativity from subordinates - especially if the new ideas had anything to do with math.

Yes, Matthew. Absolutely correct! Read John 14:12. All believers do "greater works". We've seen the miracles of the Spirit from Christians throughout history. It adds up. Like you, We as a nation have been lavishly blessed. God is an economist too. Thanks, Matthew for telling it like it is.
Then, being a fiscal conservative, you will not seek government aid to treat your HIV when you get it, right? And, stop trying to teach my kids that your disgusting sexual acts are normal. I am sinful too. I recognize that and thank God that He forgives. I'm concerned for you. You can't be forgiven until you recognize the sinfulness of your homosexuality.

30 Pieces of Silver. Brewer's decision had nothing to do with "rights". It had to do with the money Arizona will get from the Super Bowl next year. Brewer sold out the Christians for 30 Pieces of Silver. Crucifixions to follow.
"How can countries like China and Japan prosper without even a thought of God?" Because we made a basic moral mistake. We treated our workers as a group. The Bible teaches us each person has unique value as an individual. When we ignored that principle, our workers were no different than those in Japan and China and had to compete based on an hourly wage the same for all workers. Treating workers as cloned automatons removed the incentive for competition based on a worker's creativity and productivity.

7 Reasons I'm A Conservative, Not A Liberal

We live in a new world. We are no longer an agrarian society. We are no longer in an industrial revolution. This is no longer the post WWII era where our factories dominate the globe. We now compete with the world for labor production and new ideas. Dems recognize the need for a better system for the 21st century. Problem is they support socialist, government central control - an old idea that has failed wherever tried. Conservatives need to recognize too, that a better system is needed for today's world. But, Conservatives can succeed by putting faith in the people, not the government, not wall street, not k street, and not the bankers. There are conservative ideas that can vastly increase capitalist opportunities for every worker in this century with the new economic realities. Conservatives need bold NEW ideas.
The racists, homos, MSM and feminists elected this guy. They are the new majority. It is they who look the other way as "the Zero" destroys the economy. The only way to stop the madness is another Tea Party march by millions on Washington as soon as the snow melts.

Herald, you are missing the simple truth. I'm afraid you are an example of "a reprobate mind". See Romans 1:28.
