All these games are sickening from both sides, does anyone else find it frustrating that we can't even talk about abolishing Medicare(including part D)? The program can't be described as anything other than an abysmal failure not to mention that it is not authorized in the Constitution. Medicare is a typical program run by our government and should be a good example of their management ability. Abolishing the entire program is what we need to be discussing but nobody will touch that one, the media will burn you at the stake for it and nowadays most of the Republican party just goes along. There isn't an infinite amount of time to deal with this either so incrementally changing it over the course of 50 years isn't really an option either.
Paul Ryan appeared alongside presumptive GOP nominee Mitt Romney earlier today to officially join the Republican ticket. Democrats leaped into action to discredit Ryan, using the same line they've been using for a long time.

This was merely an official tweet from Barack Obama, but Democrats have been promoting this for years. No matter how many organizations analyze this framing...
