Liberals are so brainwashed by the media, they don't believe the "rich" are already paying 50% total. I recently lost a friend on Facebook who would not believe I must remit the IRS half my paycheck.

No big loss, RWM...If they're that ignorant to understand then they aren't worth having as friends.

Most of the media is run by rich liberals. I just don't understand why they want to aid in cutting their own throats.

I would think rich Liberals more than likely donate to Liberal politicians, which in turn makes them immune from the regular Joe Blow tax rates. Wasn't that the case with G.E. a few years ago? They paid no taxes, and as far as I know weren't supposed to, according to the Owebama regime.

In it you'll see paragraphs where sentences within the same paragraph contradict each other. My point is that a high priced accountant can get a tax return through the IRS and the rich liberals can afford such. That's why they don't care....Obama's war is on the middle class. By getting rid of the job producers who tend to fun conservatives for office, he'll guarantee his fat cat friends (the uber rich- Buffett, Soros, Katzenberg, et al) will be able to finance the socialist agenda almost unopposed. The loopholes are in there for a trained tax lawyer to take advantage of.
When Socialist President Francois Hollande took office, he swiftly made good on his pledge to raise the top tax rate on Frenchmen who earn a million euros a year -- to 75 percent.

The regime would now confiscate three of four dollars that the most successful Frenchmen earned. Paris also imposes a wealth tax on assets worth more than $1.7 million.

This broke it for Gerard Depardieu, the famed actor and bon vivant who has performed in scores of films in such roles as Jean Valjean in "Les Miserables" and Cyrano de Bergerac.

Depardieu put his Paris mansion up for sale,...
