Clint Eastwood spoke more intelligently off the cuff than our President does with a teleprompter. When POTUS doesn't have a teleprompter and gets a sort of tough question, like to explain anything regarding money or math, have you noticed he mixes up $billions & $millions and says "Uh, yeah, um, what I want to tell you is that uh um oh yeah, hold on a minute!" I have no respect for the Destroyer in Chief.

What's to respect? I think whoever is the shadow behind the throne and created this poor soul is having buyers remorse, they bought a pig in a poke and now have to deal with it. Thank God he is such a dunce, otherwise we'd be in bigger trouble than we are already.
