And you probably typed that with a straight face. Listen, when you decide to return from the parallel universe in which you live, maybe you’ll regale us with tales of how immaculately clean Chinese industry is, and how they are a zero emissions country. Meanwhile, back here in reality, you must have missed how the U.S. is way ahead of the curve in cleaning up after itself. I’ll stand our level of emissions, relative to our productivity, up against any other nation on earth. If you care to dispute, then SHOW US THE DATA!

A prominent global warming scientist, Peter Gleick, who was chairman of the ethics committee at the American Geophysical Union, admitted last year that he stole some documents- and he may have forged others- from the conservative think-tank the Heartland Institute.
