Regarding the acceptance of his "citizenship clause" to be in the completed 14th amdt,
Sen Jacob Howard:
"This will not, of course,"
include persons born in the United States
who are;
"foreigners",
"aliens",
"who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers."
Lets get rid of the fraudulent-illegal-alien-anchor-baby-$cheme-$cam-Con-Job-Fraud !
So how 'bout the cool sounding "no labels" movement?
Just because illegal-alien-invaders-trespassers, or with overstayed visas can be arrested-detained doesn't mean that they are,
"subject to the jurisdiction of the USA" as it was referring to in the 14th amdt Citizenship Clause, meaning "full jurisdiction."
Subject to the jurisdiction of the; USA, state, city, town, means that you are a legal citizen with "full rights and responsibilities"
Illegal-aliens are foreign-nationals !
They have "limited rights and responsibilities" while unlawfully entering and remaining in the USA, without legal-authorization-permission.
They are hordes of illegal-alien-invaders-infiltrators !
