The young people who earned degrees and are working outside of their area of expertise in part time jobs aren't developing valuable experience, aren't developing life-long friends and business acquaintances, and aren't pursuing the interests that motivate them to excellence. They are working a job for a paycheck to make ends meet. Obama will have long-term effects on the economy, America's place in the world, American society, and specifically the American workforce. Since a country's economy is its strength, Obama has disabled the country in ways not yet fully understood.

Bigdog, TH posted a column the other day describing a burger robot that serves 6 burgers a minute w/o human intervention except for loading the components. I'd bet within a few years the fast food industry will be automated. There goes another couple million entry level jobs.
