Why Mitt Lost and it Wasn’t Very Close

Voting is a privilege but like any privilege it should carry out with some responsibility and careful consideration on the part of the voter. I would venture to say that at least 85% of those who voted in this last election never spent 30 minutes learning the issues and based their vote on what someone else totally partiall told them, or simply told them to vote for whatever name that had a D beside it. It is rather repulsive to have politicians encourage people to vote, get everyone they talk to to vote. It's like telling them just jump off the cliff cause I said so.
Obama sure ruined it for the next black, no matter how good or competent they are, will find that mountain nearly insurmountable. Just another way Obama has set the black population back. A truly good, qualified black person will not get the black vote because he'll be considered an "Uncle Tom" and the whites, since being burned, will be very hesitate to vote for him/her. This really is a truly sad time for America and it's people. Obama did not do this alone, it's the whole Progressive movement and the C.Matthews type are the anti-black of all. It's all contrived for Socialism.
People such as yourself just cannot believe that most are not racist. You can't believe we have friends, neighbors, co-workers that are black but never really notice the color of their skin. You are wrong, that has been my life & the way I brought up my children. Now, due to Obama, I do look at blacks skeptically. I meet someone and think 'do they think I'm racist'. It grieves me to say Obama has turned me into a racist. Obama: DIVIDE AND CONQUER. It's so destructive and painful. "Way to go Obama, you succeeded to spreading your vile hatred and made everyone suspicious of everyone else. We no longer can just be ourselves.

Persecuting Jesus

The lies are legion but the greatest lie from the mouth of Obama was saying he was a Christian. True, he attended Jeremiah Wright's church for 20 plus years but it is no secret that the preacher who preached 'God damn America' and spent 20 preaching hatred and division, could hardly call that Christian. 20 years ago he needed to call it Baptist to attract the blacks who profess to be Christian. Too bad they were deceived and sucked into that cesspool. Was Jesus and his message of love and forgiven ever preached in that church. I think not! Obama is continuing the ministry he learned from Wright. Why have God & Jesus become taboo in this Country and why are Christians 'persecuted' while we profusely apologize for a little seen video?

After reading your column I googled 'Jim Jones, Jonestown" . You know the Jim Jones of Guyana and Jonestown. When I watch the adoring mobs believing every word out of Obama mouth, when I realize the similarity in Jim and Obama's gift of preaching, which I realize how he made his congregants feel that he had the only truth, when I spread hatred for anyone who was opposed to him and his people; you know, those from the People's Temple. How he promised them how, together they would never have to work in their congregate life in Guyana. How he made people feel only he understood them and how he had the answer to end all poverty. His people refused to listen to anyone who tried to tell them. Then came GUYANA & the KOOL-AID.

That's was the obligation and responsibility of the MSM but they are deep in cahoots with Obama and have failed the public they are supposed to served miserably. If they did their job with integrity Obama would have been impeached by now.

Thank you for expressing my thoughts and feelings so clearly. Best article I read all year. I become so frustrated watching Obama's crowds who are so oblivious to any of the dire horrors of his administration. They just don't care to know better but the MSM and MSNBC are inexcusable. They are simply part of the multiple Obama cover-ups and conspiracies and a disgrace to their professional. They simply follow the leader: rude, crude, divisive, race-baiters, hateful, etc. Four more years of Obama we will be nothing more than a country swimming in a swamp of evil and corruption and all those who foolishly put their faith in Obama will wake up in despair.
Those lawyers used the law as a means to oppress and persecute for their own gains. The very fact that Obama appointed Eric Holder as Attorney General is one of the greatest tragedies of the Obama Administration. The Black Panther, voter suppression scandal, Fast and Furious, and the list goes on. There is absolutely NO integrity in the Obama administration. If we don't put the brakes on and stop this train from going FORWARD, we are going to crash. With that crash the greatest Country in history will only be a place in the history books.
At least 60% of the 2008 votes cast for Obama were cast in the hope & expectation that the racial divide would be healed. Isn't that what he campaigned on? Isn't that what he promised. There were red-necks that cling to racism but they are a very small minority. We the people of the U.S. were not racist, we were happy living and working together, we deeply believed that all men were created equal and should be treated equally. It is evident now that Obama is the Country's #1 racist and from day 1 he set out to create division, resentment and hatred. In all areas Obama has been nothing more than the Divider in Chief. Why? because he knew he needed resentment to establish that firm grip on blacks and other minorities. His only success
You obviously live among a bunch of closed-minded, shallow people like yourself. I had a delightful day as I had many areas in several outlying counties. So many cars with Romney bumper stickers, so many homes with Romney signs in the yards. Not a one for Obama. It was delightful meeting the black gentleman in WalMart. We started talking about the price of food and I told him I'm glad I didn't have a family to feed. He stated "I do have a family to feed and that's why I'm voting for Romney".
