Yes...so all the amendments which allegedly 'protect' these activities are useless.

@ Scott If you arrogantly claim the power to tell me what I can and can't do, as an adult, then don't complain when someone does the same to you. The 2nd amendment can be interpreted out of existence or abolished via political fiat.

@ rick I'm not cynical at all. Societies tend to go along w/all manner of authoritarian evil for FAR longer than they should...they usually rationalize the evil away by claiming its "for the greater good" or "tradition"...

Don't forget govt. licensing of churches for tax-exempt status...and the regulation of free-speech w/i churches who deliver overtly-political messages...

@ rick Do you have the right to coercively take money from others (tax)? Do you have the right to interfere w/others' voluntary transactions/associations (regulate)? Do you have the right to impose unilateral contracts (public services)? If you don't have any of these rights, how can anyone?

@ beowulfe YOUR 'privilege' to own guns can be interpreted out of existence as easily as others' right to own MJ can. Remember that when you arrogantly claim the power to run others' lives.
