Let's not forget: when asking the courts to deal with laws, Obama, also seeks duplicity in what he asks ! How could anyone mistake Obama's ad-lib? It was very easy to understand. What press secretary Carney, should have stressed is that " the president was away from his " teleprompter" and misspoke...was misunderstood !!
