On Fox News I always hear Republicans cry about "America has a spending problem"...everyday they mention this over and over again and again, In order to compete with Obama and the Democrats in this era of new media we'll need "new media" beyond just FOX NEWS. None exist. Fox evidently isn't enough to complete on the grand scale of other networks. Someone billionaire needs to step up and get a license to break out and off from NBC...just like CBS and ABC did 70 years ago. Some gathering of the very wealthy conservative money people is needed to compete against NBC, CBS and ABC !!! These companies will NEVER break with Obama...never ! He could get caught on video having sex with Rosey O' Donnell in Central Park and absolutely no report !!

Forget about getting informed via Network TV. Ain't gonna happen. There's plenty of competing views via the internet. I get more news from youtube alone than TV.

How about a couple of conservative billionaires getting together and buy ABC and NBC. What's wrong with conservatives? They don't fight. The let Rush Limbaugh's and Sean Hannitys mouths do their fighting for them. Talk is cheap, and it might work, if it was hitting the idiot audiences.

President Obama won the first round of his second term, but thanks to Mitch McConnell the beating wasn’t as severe as it could have been.

The period between the election and the turn of the calendar was dominated by the president, with Speaker John Boehner as his foil. The Speaker always seemed to assume the president was negotiating in good faith, even as the campaign events continued, and even as he was pummeled day and night by the president and his surrogates in the MSM.

The collapse of the Speaker's and the GOP’s ability to make an argument was complete...
