It apparent that something needs to be done and "no one" wants to simply round-up people and ship them away. At least Rubio's plan is not a brainless idea. It may not fit all conservative thought but it has some good qualities, one of which is to restore the "visiting worker program" that worked effectively in the past. Reagan let millions in and America didn't we must improve on that plan. Certainly Romney's idea of self-departing didn't do it. If Ann is waiting for Christie to come up with something, she'll have a long wait.
