If the unborn's body isn't her own property, then exactly whose property is she?
If the unborn is a human being, then she is entitled to all the human rights as her mother.
Human rights protect all humans, not just those outside the womb.

Yes the woman has a choice! She can keep her legs closed! Once she has made the choice to have sex without taking proper precautions against pregnancy her choice has a consequence. The baby does not deserve the death penalty for the woman's bad choices.
