Why Social Conservatives Will Miss Pope Benedict

How will get any message across with that attitude. You must take lessons from the bigoted fool Dreadnaught who thinks that Jesus didn't die. Of course, he also said the Liszt was a priest. He wasn't, but truth never stopped that braggart.

One false doctrine heretics always taught you is: Once you're "saved," that's it.

You won't lose your salvation for falling back into sin. I think they say that's "eternal security." Or something. Because, Jesus has paid for all the sins you'll ever commit, it's FINISHED, you're SAVED!

The Catholic Church, with the truth of Christ and the apostles, says you CAN be damned for sins you fail to confess and repent of; EACH sin. Which is the reason Christ gave His priests power to absolve us of sin.

And why we pray to heaven for intercession. Such as, "Holy Mary, mother of God; Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death."

In this order:

The Church's faithful pray; we pray in a direct way to Jesus. We pray for the intercession of our favorite saints. The saints gain concessions from Our Lord for us by their prayers. As His Church teaches us.

What about the devil? Does Satan want me and you to pray? Absolutely not. He wants us to be damned in our sins. He desires nothing more than the END of the Catholic Church on earth, and the end of all prayer. Because he wants us to SIN and lose our salvation in Jesus Christ.

Would Rich D. want us to PRAY? No way! And No, saints in heaven must NOT be called on for their intercession, from his POV. WHY? Rich serves the devil is why.

Minor and major; Liszt was a mighty musician and a sinner like all men. But he squared things with God, through Our Savior. Unlike you. You're still the devil's minion.

I expected you to accuse me of lying because I say death is final in your estimation.

Your agenda is simple: discredit the Catholic faith insisting we shouldn't
pray to any saint, because they're just dead people. Won't you kindly stick to that error? It isn't necessary to drag Jesus around to your BS.

John 11 clearly means His people will NOT die. It must stick in your goose craw to read His words. All the saints are in heaven and they hear our prayers. They pray for us, therefore you are clueless, Bozo.

Liar. You claimed that he was a priest but he took only minor orders. Therefore, he was not. You might check out how many wives. tarts, and illegitimate children he had - a great example of a devout RC.

So now you finally admit that he died. Good - that's a big step toward honesty for you.

And no, liar, I never said that he was still dead - he is in his resurrected body. ALL Christians are saints, as Paul said. THAT is in scripture, and I believe it. The body is dead and disintegrates; the soul remains alive. Do I have to keep instructing you? I think that you failed your catechism classes. Bet your knuckles are scarred from the rulers...

Lots of things you don't know. Liszt was called the Abbe Liszt in elderly life. It makes him clergy of one sort. He was a devout Catholic; which is better than you.

I never said this is biblical.

Jesus was dead at His crucifixion, doubtless. According to your lights that was final.

You say the saints are all dead. Jesus says they will live forever, even though dead. You say we pray to dead people; and you clearly never pray at all. Paul even said he wished he could depart and be with the Lord. You believe he's still in a hole.

The plain fact is; you don't believe in saints. WHY? You are the devil's servant, that's why.

Didn't know that Scripture taught that Liszt was a priest. Learn something every day! Of course, the texts where Jesus says that he is going to die were inserted in the first century by followers of that heretic Luther, or was it Knox? Henry VIII?

The truth?

I just learn more about Rich D. Pecksniff to expose. It's easy.

He hates the Catholic Church, One. That's true.

He serves the devil, Two. That's truly what Rich does.

He denies key passages of the gospels, especially the gospel of John. That's Three.

Would a servant of the devil want me to expose him? NO! See how Rich calls me a fool and a bigot. (What else can he possibly say ? ? ?) But I'm telling the truth!

Rich wants Christians to believe he loves the Bible; yet he doesn't accept holy words spoken by the Son of God. WRITTEN!

Does the devil want us to believe the words of Christ? Not at all; he hates Jesus Christ. He makes Rich deny what Jesus taught us in Scripture.

The resignation of Pope Benedict comes as a surprise.  Now all eyes will turn to the College of Cardinals, which will elect his successor by Easter (this year, near the end of March).

Although I am not a Catholic, the news of the resignation was profoundly disheartening to me.  Notwithstanding its flaws (or, more properly, some profoundly flawed leaders), the Catholic Church has been stalwart in standing as a bastion for eternal truths, even when they are not popular.

Here is just one example of why social conservatives will dearly miss Pope Benedict.  In written responses to questions...
