Hey, folks, don't fall for du2 doo - she is a black woman who rambles on about her love of homosexuals as a class who are the brightest and best of society. An example: "Chicago was a blood bath this summer. And I bet no one can point to any gay people as the cause." Of course, she ignores that these kids who are killing each other all year around are mainly black fatherless offspring of welfare mothers and grandmothers who can't control their males who think with their genitals and guns. Saying that two female families can be successful flies in the face of these data, but that's par for bankrupt liberalism. Surrogate mothers are the ultimate in polygamy - two woman, one anonymous permanently absent father never to be known by the child.

You can't point to any causation or correlation between the lawlessness and violence in Chi, with the perps have LESBIAN mothers. SINGLE parenthood among inner city people is a separate issue. I know this well, I have family members who were abandoned by their fathers, or their fathers weren't anywhere close to ideal. It's the truth, that having gay parents isn't the worst thing that could happen to a child. Not even close to that. So why don't YOU stop ignoring the fact that certain factors you keep bringing up have nothing to do with being gay or gay adjacent.

I don't ignore anything, Rich D. There wasn't enough room and time to expand on the issue. There's lots of violence in MY city for the same reason. And many members of my family are and have been children abandoned by their fathers and raised in homes where their parent didn't have a job. There is a difference between employed, committed and responsible lesbian mothers who raise children, and children raised in abandonment, poverty and violence. And you don't know the kinds of gay parents that I do, they aren't SO isolated from the opposite sex that there is no positive op gender role model for their children. YOU speaking for me, incites prejudice, but THAT'S par for YOUR course.
Kids need both a mom and a dad!

The current controversy concerning marriage may be one of the biggest distractions in this election season. It is often categorized as a divisive “social issue.” Many Americans realize that the definition of marriage, the controversy about abortion, and America’s support of Israel are huge spiritual and moral issues which will determine the kind of America we will create for the generations that follow us.

Same-sex marriage advocates love to talk about the freedom to love and their own interpretation of “rights.” The truth is that none of us need a...
