Absolutely. The ruling did put a limit on the Commerce Clause, but it opened the taxing authority to Infinity and Beyond! In order to avoid the broccoli tax, we will have to file a broccoli consumption certificate with our tax returns because the government is going to start under the assumption that we did NOT consume broccoli, so we will have to prove we did. This ruling is so distant from the original intent of our founding fathers if they read it they would ask "What country are we talking about?"
