ACADEMIC STANDARDS WERE SHOT TO HELL AS WAS CIVILITY AND THE WHITE TEACHERS FOUND OTHER EMPLOYMENT LEAVING TEACHING IN URBAN NEIGHBORHOODS TO UNION PROTECTED, INCOMPETENT BLACK TEACHERS. JUST TRY REINSTALLING THE 50'S CURRICULA.
