Media BS hpye. Everybody, but Obama, believes we have a spending problem but no one wants to take a small hit to their budget. The media reports "Ten of millions of people will suffer and possibly die if our funding is cut by 2.4%!" B_ll Sh_t! The cuts are so small I doubt anybody will even notice. Here's a clue: Cut out coffee service and cable television to the office.
