I recently read a comment on a blog for Constitutionalist, men who are prepared to fight against their own government, but felt the line has not yet been crossed, but close. On principle, I differ with the individual for the line has been crossed. Our government defends the murder of over 50,000,000 babies, killed seventy-six people exercising their constitutional rights by bearing arms and practicing their brand of religion (Waco), by subverting the constitution, by the irresponsible bankruptcy of America, by passage of the Patriot Act, by sabotaging of our state and local educational systems. But then I am certain the LINE would not have been crossed so long as we constantly keep moving it.
The FBI and Homeland Security added a network of self-proclaimed constitutional defenders to the terrorist watch list. Aren’t the FBI and Homeland Security supposed to be Constitutional Defenders? How about the military and police, aren’t they constitutional defenders? For that matter, don’t politicians also take an oath to Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic? Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States believes that those who take their constitutional oath seriously and intend to live up to their sworn obligation are potential enemies of the state. Odd that Holder didn’t say they were the enemies of the constitution.

I believe every man has a right to say publically what they feel necessary, but the constitutional right to free speech only restricts congress from abridging the right. There should be consequences for spouting off at the mouth and offending others. There are men killed every day in this country for running off at the mouth; mostly out of stupidity.
Robert1824, Kirk didn't say anything about any gay individual, but expresses his view of marriage. You obviously have gay tendencies yourself. I for one, can not tolerate gays, it think they are reprehensible.

Obama's Birth Control Bait and Switch

Birth Control’s Constitutional Crisis The current popular thought in America that conservative religious groups are out of step with the times regarding mandatory funding of birth control is really an issue of declining values and an evident lack of civic education in America. Of course, we conservatives always seem to come back to the values issue. Nevertheless, birth control has a well-established doctrine in the Catholic Church (See http://www.catholic.com/tracts/birth-control) and because the Catholic Church has not lowered its standard of biblical teaching and communal stance on the issue it has come in direct conflict with the President Obama’s mandate. Regrettably, the Church’s tenet on birth control has been subject to public...

The socialist idea is to raise janitors to the boardroom.
Conservatism is not about Democrats or Republicans. Republicans do not have a monopoly on conservatism, far from it. Republicans pay lib service to conservatives, but never deliver. It will take something more then just lib service to appease the conservatives. We are preparing for a revolution. First by keeping our children out of public schools and its immoral indoctrination and lies. We are raising a generation of virtuous patriot warriors. Then will clean house.
Many of unions display facist motives. Thank God Southerners have for the most part rejected unions. Bunch of creeps.
