It’s all part of the grand Communist plot! "A house divided cannot stand" Abe Lincoln and Matthew 12:25
Goes to show that they are way, way over staffed! Time to cut all Federal budgets by at least 25% - then they won't have time to show their lack of morals!
I say "Shut down this clinic, NOW!"
I have to wonder "How much of the $1,000,000,000.00 paid to Michelle's college classmate's business for a non-functioning web site was channeled to an off-shore account for use by those in the White House as a retirement fund" Others have said they could have done better for $10,000,000. Every notice how many politicians go to Washington with relatively average assets and leave with millions in their accounts. Good examples are Gore and the Clintons.
Let's see - we graduate 32 lawyers for each engineer and Korea, Japan and China graduate 32 engineers for each lawyer. Which economy is better off? We should outlaw lawyers in government until we we heal all the damage they have caused!
Don't think Sunday's game would have been so boooooooring if Tim Tebow was the Denver quarterback.
The jerks in Washington keep trying to put band aids on the economy, but do not correct the source of the problem! A trillion here, a trillion there, a trillion everywhere – bankrupting our country! Since demographics is what drives the economy, I believe that biggest source of the economic problem is the abomination of law passed by only seven unelected, bigoted, immoral, liberal supreme court justices called Row v. Wade. Since the passing of this law FROM THE BENCH, over 56 million little, defenseless babies had their heads crushed and their brains sucked out just because women could not keep their legs crossed, because some found that having a baby was inconvenient or because Planned Parenthood talked people into abortion in order to increase their profits. (They should NOT receive federal funds.) Roe v. Wade was passed in January 1973, so those aborted would have been 0 to 40 years old. They would have required that schools were built, roads were updated, required a larger energy grid and that at least 20 million more homes/apartments were built. They would have gotten married, had children, raised families, bought a house or rented an apartment, bought clothes, bought food, bought refrigerators, computers, cell phones, books, washers, dryers, dish washers, furniture and many more products that would have caused more factories to be built to manufacture these products and more stores to sell them in. Now, because of Roe v. Wade, we have had over five years of recession with no sign of an end. In fact, we are looking forward to ten to twenty years of more of the same. On 9/11/01, God used some ignorant Muslims to send this country a warning. We did not listen. What’s next? To fix the problem, we need to reverse Roe v. Wade and it would help to instill better morals in all our citizens. GOD is punishing us through the use of simple economics. The application of Keynesian economics IS NOT the solution!
If a needy family had four teen-agers earning $3.00 per hour, thier annual income would be $17,400 (assuming 29 hours per week for 50 weeks) Add this to their parent's combined salaries and they would be living quite well. Fast food and restaurant jobs are starting jobs - usually filled by high-school and college students to help out at home and/or for pocket money. At $15 per hour with the same assumptions, each would earn $21,750 per year or $87,000 for the four of them. Add this to their parent's salaries and they would be earning over $100,000. HERE COMES INFLATION!!!!!!
I say that the minimum wage should be lowered to $3.00 per hour. Just think of all the jobs this would create! Any anyone collecting unemployment, welfare, food stamps, free phones, etc., etc., etc. should have to earn at least one-half of their benefits by working - they could start by cleaning up the filthy neighborhoods. They should also be required to attend classes that would prepare to work.
Our Federal Government has metastasized from a small benign cyst into a fully grown malignancy. It reaches far beyond the powers granted it by the Constitution into every facet of our lives – and does so extremely inefficiently. It's time to cut it back drastically, sell many of its holdings and privatize many of it's functions!
