cont'd ....and should have spoke directly to her boss about it. All that not withstanding, the State Dept is under the direct control of the White House, and is the Constitutional responsibility of the President, so for Biden, Obozo, or anyone else in the administration to claim they "didn't know" is an acknowledgment of Incompetence on their part; Because They Should Have Known, it's their JOB to know.
