Where does this figure of 40% come from? Census reports show 14% of U. S. population to be blacks, 10% to be Hispanic (many of whom are White) and 2% Asian, American Indians and other minor non-white ethnic groups/ That amounts to 25%, not 40%. Where are the other 15%? The birthrate of Blacks and slowing Hispanic immigration make it unlikely that non-Whites will ever approach 40%. Enough of this Chicken LIttle nonsense.

Introduce and pass measures to cut spending in the House--ethanol subsidies, corporate welfare, privatization of the Postal Service and Amtrak, abolition of of the Departments of Agriculture, Labor, Energy and Education.
