Of course reactionaries attack the messenger with name-calling. I understand. I see it all the time when the far-right is confronted by facts they don't like. O'Donnell did not dodge the draft, but he did talk about people who avoided the draft because they opposed the war. That's consistent. Romney avoided the draft for Vietnam, and supported the war. That's called hypocrisy, another common feature seen on the right.
"Instead of using his time slot to discuss issues that actually matter to voters, for some inexplicable reason Team O’Donnell decided it was a good idea to devote an entire segment to matters of trivial importance." I can always find a lie on this website, and this is no exception. That segment lasted for over 10 minutes, but TownHall found it expedient to eliminate O'Donnell calling out ROMNEYMAN as draft dodgers and chicken hawks. That is not "trivial importance," but the gullible and reactionary readers here won't know this because of the deceitful edit of this entire Rewrite. I used to point out the lies here all the time, but suddenly my newsletter stopped being delivered one day a few months ago. Can't handle the truth!

What a dumb manner of dealing with specific and principled opposition to Carter's many deceptions. http://abolishcorporatepersonhoodnow.org/2012/04/01/taking-on-our-critics-part-iv-jeff-carter/
