The point is that a child conceived by rape is still a very innocent pre-born and does not deserve to be painfully dismembered and killed by sucking out its brains!

I don't want to get into an abortion debate but what you describe above is now, and has always been, always, illegal in the United States UNLESS the life of the mother is in imminent danger, i.e. she will die in childbirth and it is only performed third trimester, which is of course, where abortion has always been illegal.
