Republicans Got the Shellacking We Deserve

Republicans seem to have a problem with hiring strong, capable, articulate females conservatives and then sidelining them. This whole campaign, I kept ranting that not a single male in the Republican party can articulate the a sensible anti-arbortion argument. The entire abortion industry is all about degrading women and devaluing motherhood..But, no the stupid male Republicans have to blabber on about rape, legitimate rape, and Bible thumbing mantras. If you want to change how people view abortion then you have to have a real campaign about women dying, high rates of suicide, and young girls believing that their only path to social acceptance is being easy and cheap. If men are too embarrassed to talk sensibly about abortion then let conse

conservative women do the job from a different angle.

I would have run ads showing all the old white men in the democrat party that want your 14 year old daughter, granddaughter, niece, or neighbor to have an abortion without your knowledge. I would have run ads showing the abortion is the NUMBER ONE KILLER OF AFRICAN AMERICANS and HISPANICS.
I get so mad at how stupid Republican campaign strategist are, it simply isn't that difficult to find capable people that articulate women's issues like school choice (not one ad mind you, and just token jibberish from Romney) and how about the lack of our sons attending college - not a mention. Grocery prices, nary a word. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Anyone hear anything about the high rate of unemployment of women, Lilly Ledbetter my tooshie......who the heck is going to hire women with the threat of lawsuits hanging over their heads.....sure made the trial lawyers happy but it will not do a darn thing for women in the workforce. And how about women own businesses, anyone see a single ad by a woman struggling to keep the doors open and her employees paid?? And what was that token mention of work place flexibility without any explanation or follow up. Women wouldn’t be forking over massive amounts of money for daycare if real flex scheduling was addressed, for cripes sake we live in a 24 hour world why are we all still working 8-5 and commuting to an office every day?

More women could home school or supplement their children’s education if they had more flexible work schedules. What a way to let a very important economic issue for women die on the vine. And not a single mention of how men, women, and families, are going to get pounded by reduced coverage and allowances in flexible spending plans. These are the funds that working women use to buy OTC medications when the kids are sick, but SlumbamaCare has now restricted flex accounts and what can purchased through them - he's taken health care choices away from working women.
Wednesday wasn’t “good morning” in the GOP. President Obama won a second term. Republicans deserve the shellacking we got because the party of Lincoln is running candidates in 2012 like it’s 1860. Old white men just don’t cut it anymore and are not reflective of the changing demographics of the country. America is browning up not whitening up, as evidenced by the US Census findings that minorities will make up 54% of the population by the year 2050.

Americans didn’t buy what the Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney was selling because he was the wrong messenger for a growing ethnically...
