There is just very little else that can be said about the colossal failure of this president. The real shame of this program is the damage it does to envirnomental initiatives. This kind of corruption and the draconian totalitarian measures of the EPA are a real set back to people who are truly concerned about environmental problems and want to establish relationships with all stakeholders and find real solutions on a number of issues. The backlash is going to be horrendous and make it more difficult for non-zealots to effect real changes through positive processes and cooperation with industry and communities.
