Ginsburg's opinion is scathing. Of course, she raises single-payer so she's all in for every part of Obamacare and it is pretty clear that there's not much that she believes the govt can't do....other than waterboard terrorists obviously. Yes, there's snark in that, but read it and you'll see what I mean. Literally, she believes the government can compel individuals to act under the Commerce Clause even in a non-economic manner that has little impact, interstate, for the express purpose of regulating not only their activities or behaviour, but their persons. Obamacare was sold on several fraudulent lines. The president knows the country doesn't want to pay higher taxes, given the deplorable way their government spends the money. And so the administration packaged it as something different.

That's called bait and switch, which is defined as "an illegal tactic in which a seller advertises a product with the intention of persuading customers to purchase a more expensive product." And Obamacare, if it is not repealed, is guaranteed to be more expensive,...
