" Do you right wing so-called "Christian" and "patriots" REALLY understand the meaning of the 1st Amendment and religious toleration? It certainly does not seem so. Despite the fact that you wrap yourself in Jesus and 'freedom,' the amount of bigotry and hatred you preach is frightening." Yes, it starts with "CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW..."

So we should tolerate the U.S. Muslim schools and mosques that preach Sharia law is supreme and that the ultimate goal is to turn the U.S. into a subordinate unit of the world caliphate? This is not a kooky fringe of Islam this is the heart of Islam. It is not intolerance to point out the truth or to resist such ideas, it is basic survival. In my local high school they won't allow Christian students to gather into student lead prayer groups but they are considering allowing Muslim students to leave the classroom and use their prayer rugs in the hall. All in the name of religious liberty.

About that "toleration," does it apply to Christians and Jews, or only to Muslims?

Despite a promise that America's reputation would be restored throughout the world during his tenure, public opinion of the United States is worse than ever in the Muslim world.

Attacks on American diplomatic institutions in Egypt, Libya and Yemen this week highlight the low approval ratings that the United States has in the Arab world. A Pew Research Center Global Attitudes Project poll completed in June showed that in places like Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Pakistan, U.S. favorability is lower now than it was at the end of President Bush's tenure.
