Um, where's the Senate budget? It's been 1,316 days since the Senate passed a budget. They did take care of some important business today, however, concerning polar bear carcasses. I'm not going to defend the GOP, but they control 1/2 of 1 of the 3 branches of government. I guess that they could have shut the government down in August 2011 through the election... I'm sure that Romney and the rest would have won in a landslide./

The October 2012 U.S. budget deficit has increased compared to the budget deficit of October 2011. In October 2011, we saw a deficit of $98.5 billion and October 2012 shows a $120 billion deficit according to the Treasury Department.  This number comes more than 2000 days since Senate Democrats introduced a budget.
