We issue a test for foreign-born individuals wishing to become US citizens (and before you protest, I know that only idiots who don't sneak in illegally are the ones who still take it). Should we not also have an "Informed Voter" test prior to allowing citizens to vote? I, for one, am sick of having my vote canceled out by cretins who can't even name the nominee of the party opposing the candidate they've been told to vote for.
