Really? Wall Street "produces nothing"? Neither does the Norfolk Southern Railroad, or your local grocery store. So what - they both are service industries. They move resources from point A to point B, and make them available to customers who would otherwise be unable to obtain them. Financial services are useful, otherwise no one would pay for them, and they would cease to exist.
