NO, I don't think so. Term limits guarantee a population of "lame ducks", people in office who don't have to worry about the voters and can do as they please. Not a good idea! Let them ALWAYS worry. Campaign reform inevitably winds up restricting the campaigns of those who wish to get in office, to the advantage of those who are already IN office. It's an incumbent protection scheme that is not to our advantage. No, thanks.
