I used to respect Costas but, like most other liberals, he doesn't understand when to keep his opinions to himself. Later, loser - here's to flipping you off (referring to the tele, of course)

Or like most conservatives. When to keep your opinions on marriage or religion. If Costas had come on TV saying that no matter how tragic this was, more gun control is not the answer everyone on this site would be singing his praises. But because he has a different opinion than you, it was wrong.

Well only one side can be right in a zero sum debate, so what's your point? The question is, is it Constitutional or not. Until the the second amendment is repealed, Costas is wrong, even if the truth deniers believe differently. It will be repealed when people no longer see a greater benefit from the "right". We haven't come close to that place yet!

When you're in a hole, stop digging. Last night NBC sportscaster Bob Costas made an appearance on the O'Reilly Fact in an effort to clear up any "misunderstanding" about what he said during his anti-gun monologue on Sunday night football in reaction to NFL player Jovan Belcher killing the mother of his child. Yesterday, Costas issued a non-apology for his comments that was full of excuses and one that blamed viewers for misinterpreting what he really meant and said.

"I don't back up on anything I said."
