That was the original manuscripts. You appear to be an idolater of a translation. The Lord's Prayer contained "evil one" for a reason, and also the Hebrew states "thou shalt not MURDER." The KJV was done with an ear to poetry. It lost accuracy thereby.

...again, in any reasonable translation. A reasonable one is most likely one where the Lord's Prayer contains "and deliver us from the Evil One" (not just from evil).

Well, it's chiefly the effort to seek one's spiritual manhood from idols... idols which get their power from the rebel angelic world of Satan and the demons. Effeminacy may be a sign of a vulnerability but itself isn't enough to do the evil trick.

It's tragic and sad and heart breaking to watch, but intellectually it's not that hard to understand, once one understand spiritual things, and that in fact man is fundamentally a spiritual creature.
