And the reality will be that Obamacare will have to import doctors on the cheap while doctors who could have been in service under a more reasonable regime will be departed to other countries, gone into other businesses, anything but having a shingle out. (Unless possibly it is as a no-insurance concierge practice, or serving Congresscritters, but with the Obamacare tax taking money away from families' budgets that cannot be a viably patronized path.)
