Another thing to realize @ Ken325, is what the 2nd Amendment stood for. Those wanting to ban "assault" weapons think the 2nd Amendment was for self-defense and hunting/sporting only. I would encourage you to look into the history and context behind the amendment. It was primarily written to enable Americans the ability to restrain a potentially tyrannical government. It was written to keep liberty alive. Let's keep the argument on its proper page. It's about liberty, not merely self-defense.
