rdk-I just commented (5 mins ago) that I hadn't seen anything on Dorner's Navy time, but assumed I had only missed them; I met a few (maybe more than a few) similar to Dorner's type in my 25+ years Military time. I'd surmise his eventual outcome had been preordained long ago. No I'm not "practicing " here--I've just met a few Nut cases myself face to face.
