Every place Romney has a rally right now looks like an Obama rally from 2008. Ironic, isn't it? :-)
I wonder does MSNBC knows about the "Mormon Helping Hands" operation that provides immediate disaster relief in case of major disasters like hurricanes and tornadoes. They're usually there helping people long before FEMA shows up--in fact, the American Red Cross has frequently worked with Mormon Helping Hands in regards to quick delivery of relief supplies.
If the Obama campaign doesn't disavow this creepy commercial, they're going to lose even MORE supporters.
There is now increasing talk that the US dollar may become an asset-backed currency again. I'd do it, but backed by a combination of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper and nickel (the most common metals used for coins and bullion blocks used in monetary exchange).

That's a comment more appropriate for an all-ruling king, emperor or dictator. Didn't we have the American Revolution BECAUSE King George III thought he could dictate the political terms to the American colonies with impunity?

In short, Romney decided to let Obama figuratively hang himself politically. And Obama obliged.
I've noticed that Obama has been a bit thinner than usual in the last few months. That kind of worries people, especially if we remember unusually thin people are known to have serious medical issues.

"October Surprise" Time?

I think Romney will remind people of Neville Chamberlain's "Peace in Our Time" speech---that will end the Iran story in no time flat.
Obama may want to ask one François Hollande how well the idea of "tax the rich" is going. The rich French are fleeing that country in droves, taking their net worth with them. This will result in an economic crisis that could be just as bad as the economic crises that have wracked Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
The "get out the vote" (GOTV) campaign on the Republican side has been _very_ strong this year--people are sick and tired of Edward Klein's book "The Amateur" coming to life and are eager to vote Obama out.
Ever since we saw the _real_ President Obama at the first debate, the damage to the President's reputation has been HUGE. And misstep after misstep--including a now ill-advised appearance on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and Governor Romney's _sensational_ performance at the Alfred E. Smith fundraising dinner two days ago (October 18, 2012)--is making it worse and worse. We may be looking at a exact reverse of what happened in 2008: Romney may win with as many as electoral votes as what Obama did four years ago, 330.
