If intelligence is necessary for the creation of intelligence then where did God's intelligence come from? If God always had intelligence then there was no need for intelligence to be created. Thus there is no need to ascribe the creation of intelligence to God. Prager needs to rethink this version of the Prime Mover argument because it suffers from the same flaws as the other one.

God is a fictional character, but I don't think there is any record of who first created that character. The mythology is rather fogged by the mists of time.
